Returns & Replacements Policy
At Luxury Car Mats UK, all mats are custom made based on the specifications provided when you place your order. Please ensure that all details you provide to us are correct before confirming your purchase.
Incorrect Orders
If we make a mistake with your order and the product you receive does not match the details you provided, we will replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customer-Specified Orders
All mats are manufactured according to the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors in colours, or specifications supplied by the customer.
Used Products
Due to hygiene and wear considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any mats that have been used.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
